Recycled Business Cards

Our new range of recycled products are printed on 9lives Coated and Uncoated Paper and Card. Newsprint and Packaging are now produced using a high percentage of recycled materials. With the rate of recycling increasing every year it makes sense to take the best grades of post consumer waste (paper which has already been used once) and make it back into print quality paper and card again.

Our Business Cards are printed on 350gm 9lives® 80 Recycled Silk Card. The face side can be either Gloss laminated, Matt Laminated or Unlaminated.9lives® is produced using the most energy efficient processes and techniques to ensure that it is the ‘greenest of the green’.

9lives® recycled uncoated products are made from 100% recycled materials but still have the texture and quality required of a Laser and Inkjet compatible paper. This makes it the perfect choice for recycled Stationery.For our coated recycled products we use 9Lives®80, which contains 80% recycled material and 20% of FSC certified new pulp. Why not 100% recycled? The reason is that for coated grades some new fibres are needed to give the paper and card good print characteristics.

All the ‘standard’ materials we use are FSC Certified and the raw materials used come from Forest Stewardship Council certified forests. Choosing your material may come down to company policy or personal preference but now, with our new 9lives® range, the choice is yours.

Bespoke Sizes

If the particular size you require is not listed then we can produce Bespoke Sizes. Simply price the next size up. For example, a 279mm x 198mm video sleeve will be priced as an A4 (297mm x 210mm). Please specify your required size at the time of order and we will trim free of charge.

Finishing

We are able to offer a number of finishing options for our cards, these options can be selected under Finishing Options.

Special Shapes

We can die-cut Postcards of A5 size and upwards in to any shape you can think of! This cost is incurred only once. On subsequent runs we can use the same forme again. Please submit your design for us to price the forme required.

Please note: If your card is to be folded (Eg. Double Credit Card or A4 Postcard to be folded to A5) and colour extends across the fold (on either side of the card) we strongly recommend lamination to minimize the risk of cracking on the fold.

The face side can be either Gloss laminated, Matt Laminated or Unlaminated.
Supplements for the same type of lamination on the reverse of any size card are also shown.
If your application calls for Gloss on one side and Matt on the other please contact our Estimating Department.
If the particular size you require is not detailed we can produce cards in a range of special sizes. Simply price as the next card size up. We make no additional charge for cutting special size cards.

E.g. For a 210mm x 210mm card simply look at A4 card (210mm x 297mm) pricing.

Please Note: Where colour extends across folds we strongly recommend lamination to minimize cracking on the fold
