How can I pay?

We accept all debit and credit cards and payment can be made securely via our integrated payment partner Stripe. If you would like to pay offline, or by BACS please contact us on 020 8567 8727. No works commenced on your order until we have received cleared funds.

I have a question about an invoice/payment. What should I do?

Please contact us on 020 8567 8727 if you have a question about an invoice or payment you’ve made. Copy invoices can be obtained by signing into your account.

How do I get my VAT invoice?

VAT invoices are automatically emailed to you. If you would like to change the email address to which this invoice will be sent, please sign into your account, click on Settings and amend your details.

Can I pay with cash or cheque?

We only accept payment by debit or credit card online. If you are a limited company, a local authority or large organisation, contact us for details of our credit account terms.

Is my payment secure?

Payments made online are via our secure payment gateway Stripe and are taken over encyrpted pages. Please note that Stripe does not divulge your credit card information to anyone, including us at Express Print, so your billing details are safe.

Should I be charged VAT?

Since we sell to businesses, all our prices exclude VAT. We’ll add VAT to your order at the current rate. Many items like leaflets and flyers qualify for VAT at 0%. Add an item to your basket to see its VAT rate.

I am VAT exempt, why are you charging me VAT?

If you are a registered charity or have VAT Exempt status, please contact us before you place your order.
