Envelopes Printed Then Made

Our full colour self-seal Envelopes are printed on 90/100gsm white cartridge paper and are available in either a plain version or a window version. Spot colour is also available, price on request.

The Envelopes are available in the following sizes – DL, C4, C5 and C6. Many other sizes are availble. please call to discuss. In addition to the standard envelopes we also offer the option of 'Printed then Made Envelopes' where it is possible to specify entirely non standard sizes and shapes.

The advantage of using pre-made envelopes is that it is possible to print small quantities relatively inexpensively. The disadvantage is that there are inherent difficulties in printing pre-made envelopes.
Please can you be aware that we generally CANNOT print on the Flap of DL or C6 envelopes.
We can print on the Flap of C5 & C4.

Envelopes - Printed Then Made

Printed then made envelopes can be printed on either 100gm Cartridge or 115gm Gloss Art Paper. The price is the same for either stock.

It is possible to print on every part of the envelope. The disadvantage is that the cost of making envelopes from printed sheets is cost prohibitive for smaller runs.

With 'Printed then Made Envelopes' it is possible to specify entirely non standard sizes and shapes. If your particular requirements are not shown we would be pleased to quote for you.
