Digital Printing
Digital Colour Printing is produced in our Konica and Xeikon Digital Presses. Larger sizes are exclusively printed on our Xeikon 5000. This unique press is able to produce Digital Printing up to A2 size in Full Colour on both sides as well as Double Sided Banners on almost unlimited length up to 480mm wide.
Our Printing Price is the same whether you require 100 prints of the same one page file or 100 different prints from a 100 page file. The only extra charge we make is if you would like us to create your variable origination file for you by merging information from a database. These variables data projects are called either Names in Text or Names in Pictures.

Our Digital Colour Press can work much the same as Lithographic Presses producing the same print again and again. If this is your requirement then please supply the file with each page you require printed as a separate page and then enter the number of pages you require of each.
Using the machine as a low volume press does not exploit the main advantage Digital has over Litho. This is the fact that every print the machine produces can be completely different from the print before and the print following. The marketing potential of fully personalised documents is enormous and we are at the vanguard of Personalised print technology.
We make no extra charge for you providing a single page file and asking for one hundred copies of it or a one hundred page file and requesting one page of each. This means you can submit a file containing different images on each page or create covers personalised to individual people.
Experience shows that mailshots which use this type of technology are considerably more effective that un-personalised mailshots. Generally the more 'personal' the mailing piece appears the greater is the response. Names in Pictures might be considered 'ultimate personalisation. Finishing
We are able to undertake a range of finishing on our Digital Print. When you order online the finishing options available are detailed after you choose your paper. Our website is programmed with the finishing we can do on different papers and different sizes. This means that only the finishing that we can do is displayed, finishing which is not possible on your size / stock combination is greyed out.
Digital Embossing
This exciting enhancement is available for some Digital Printed work. In particular we can Emboss A2 Digital Jobs on stocks over 200gm. If you would like a smaller size Digitally Embossed simply impose you job on an A2 layout and ask for it to be cut down after embossing. Please remember when designing for Digital Embossing to keep embossed areas at least 1mm inside the cut line. Embossing which extends to the edge of the print or to bleed will flake off over time. Please Note:
With our Digital Colour Press printing can extend to the very edges of the sheets of both A4 and A3 (Full Bleed.) Our Digital Black and White machine has a white border of 10mm around the edge of both A4 and A3. If your requirement is for Black and White to full bleed or on heavy material this would need to be printed on the Digital Colour Press and would be priced accordingly.
