Card Badges

Card Badges are made from 1.25mm faced card. The card can be specified in a wide range of colours. Badges are die-cut to the required shape.

Colour. Badges are die-cut to the required shape. We have a large number of standard formes available (as shown) or it is possible to have cards cut to a custom shape. If a special design is required it must fit within a 65mm x 75mm rectangle.

For custom shapes there is an additional, a one off forme cost. Please note, very complex shapes may require a more expensive Forme.

Please Note: Only solids can be reproduced in Hot Foil. Half-tone tints are not successful.
